High Technology Surveillance Of Citizens.
Allegedly crafted to fight terrorism and violence by identifying all persons, the concept of a National ID Card is an immense transfer of wealth and liberty out of the hands of America's sovereign citizens - rammed down our throats against protests of whole state legislatures on the record.

Pushed back from 2008 finalization to a 2009 finalization, the momentum of further constituent understanding of the imposition needs to continue.

The consequence for refusing to comply with the parameters set forth in the concept is broad refusal to accept your Driver's License as proof of identity at airports - and then other venues soon. Security and safety cannot be purchased by surrendering more rights.

The Foundation questions the need for a National ID Card as incompatible with Liberty, and asserts that the recognition of the objections of the people are a test of our sovereign authority to say No.
High technology surveillance of citizens within their own nation is no accident of good intentions, but more of an investment strategy since the early seventies - when the patent for human implantation of the RFID Chip was granted. Inauguration was blocked by the technical limits of miniaturization technology.

Until now.

Today, the Flea - something you don't want on you - is estimated to generate trillions in revenues for millions of applications, including tracking and supervising Americans - in the name of fighting violence.

Exactly whose territory is each state, Mr. Secretary General? How can sovereignty even have meaning when a nation belongs to anyone other than the citizens of that state?

This enunciation states the true intent of all belligerent nations worldwide and just where so many millions of persons die at the hands of their governments. Monopoly on the use of force believes that the government is sovereign and that the people are not.

Nations belligerent to the U.S. believe that Americans are not sovereign either, and cause the death of millions of their own people in disarmament, starvation, tyranny and outright murder.

For a body advocating Peace and with a wing of Messengers Of Peace comprised of individual movie stars who know so little of fear, starvation and injustice, there sure are many people dying at the hands of member nations holding that philosophy on force while selling Peace. The United States should have no part of it.

Such attitudes are incompatible with sovereignty – while presenting a friendly face – and the non-violent solution is, of course, to see the U.N. for the bully it is, to walk away and to take our money with us.

The Foundation believes in Peace - no one loves Peace more than a soldier - but that Liberty is a higher value than Peace.

How many educators are for better teaching? Plenty. Now's your chance to effect change.

Where school vouchers are not a conservative but a mainstream desire, why not institute a pilot program in recognition of parental authority?
For all the devotion to including all sorts of diverse figures in history, who's left out? Americans may not have a high opinion of conservatives these days – many modern Republicans are not anatomically correct; they have no spine – but it is they who built the nation on the social justice we live for, much of which is erased.

Much of United States History is erased because it was...violent. Is this where Violence is fought, by erasing and re-writing U.S. History?

In all fairness, including a non-partisan inclusion of history, it was the Republican movement, which was new at the time, which insisted and passed the original Civil Rights Act a hundred years before the second Civil Rights Act of the sixties against the protests of the Democrats. It was the Republican President who blocked the Ku Klux Klan, and it was the republicans of the time who battled the Vigilantes who opposed abolishing slavery. Historical fact.

But who knows these without deeper research? It's sort of forgotten in high school history texts and left to the dusty archives awaiting diligent researchers.This isn't education.

Being non-partisan means correcting the record in good faith and fair play by including the material contributions of the republicans of the time – the U.S. is a republic, not a democracy. It's a matter of Safeguards within truth in the record - both good and bad - that must not be partisan in concealing historical facts, but must be complete.

The Foundation supports reform of content, correcting the record, the choice of school vouchers, and the choice of home schooling - certaintly not for the Republican Party, but for the Republic herself.
World interests are demanding control of the Internet, tearing it in different directions. The Internet is a kind of sovereignty the way it is, and belligerent nations cannot operate as well as they can when discouraging spirit born of sovereignty.

In America, many are working to restrain our own free exchange of information, specifically political speech. American Talk Radio as an industry serves the United States so very well by its light-speed exchanges that become a national comparing of notes. As people talk, they discover everything from news to consensus to exposing fraud. One of the biggest frauds discovered is that Americans do not hate each other. This impeaches the very need for the so-called Fairness Doctrine, a concept based on stemming Hate, but which actually silences opposing views.

It is an abuse of process to use force to gain a hearing when the people clearly choose otherwise. You have the right to speak, but you have no right to be heard, and insisting on it, forcing it, cannot be done without an abuse of the law.

How do broken-hearted children survive divorce and anti-father laws? Well, maybe that depends on what you call surviving.

No-fault divorce began as the question of why someone must be at the mercy of their vows and challenged the so-called Patriarchal Society as oppressive and violent to women. Is promiscuity and breaking vows Freedom? Or is intact home the heart and hearth of next generation Freedom?

The Foundation is working to educate misled courts, lawmakers and anti-family activists with the values that Marriage is a Safeguard of our liberty in America, one filled with values which have served all citizens for so very long. The Foundation works to educate Newlyweds of how patriotic the intact home is.

Easy-out Divorce is a cottage industry and is an abuse of the good-hearted compassion of others. No-fault hurts children because it breaks their hearts and models for them the only intimate view of marriage and household they know. This destruction of an ideal as a safeguard hurts not only innocent children, it also hurts the nation by bringing a pall over one of our greatest anchors in our society - Marriage.

Making it so easy to opt-out of vows and punishing fathers is only the beginning of tearing the fabric of the United States. And it is only the beginning of sewing it back up again.
The Second Amendment as a Safeguard is unique among the civil rights: it was written to give citizens all lethal force to back our citizen authority in this country, to protect all other enumerated rights, and was written to be impervious to abuses of due process. As the indicator of the overall health of all our other freedoms, the very presence of gun laws does not bode well for the United States.

A super-majority of states affirms the individual's right to carry weapons open and concealed, and states have not regretted placing their trust in their constituents - where it belongs.

Nationwide uniformity of this is essential in any serious-minded approach to crime and violence, i.e. trust in constituents and in your personal authority.

Because Police have no duty to protect individuals [Castle Rock v. Gonzales, Supreme Court, 2005 and elsewhere], because no one can take your place as the first line of defense, and because folks have the legal authority to use up to deadly force, Gun Control takes more than guns - Gun Control hides and discourages individual legal authority which can prove clearly how Personal Independence is superior to any law or policy activists can conceive in their wildest dreams of safety, social justice or social engineering.

Crime is used politically to disarm sovereign Americans on various levels. Pro-dependency activists depend on people being hurt to insist on greater and greater dependency-utilization programs  - hence 20,000 gun laws only for the law-abiding.

Meeting violence with individual authority discredits the need for bogus dependency policies, so the Foundation shows in the public interest just why citizens must discourage all restrictions on carrying their firearms.

Stand Your Ground. An Entire Stand Your Ground Philosophy.
Stand Your Ground citizens do not go on the offensive, they are purely defensive in nature. Violent crime is allowed to increase for profiteering on so many different levels - cottage industries of counselling and rehabilitation, political prestige, legacy and so much more - and punishing citizen resistance to such profiteering is un-American, wrong and without legal or moral authority.

The Foundation believes that too many go-nowhere policies aid the adversity in America at the expense of the sovereign, often victimizing the citizen twice. Some citizens fully appreciate this, and they work to make the philosophy again part of our way of life.

The Foundation will not influence legislation, but can educate Americans on the community safeguard of Castle Doctrine types of change and general Stand Your Ground values as a local community and national patriotic moral imperative. The key is to know more about their social value and how they work to protect the individual household.

The Foundation believes that the Stand Your Ground philosophy is good for the innocent who chooses not to be a victim and is therefore good for the entire country, and works to edify heads of household and others on the philosophy's positive importance to the nation.

The Golden Hour is a statistical inference which demonstrates that the patient's ultimate outcome is entirely dependent on what is done for them immediately.

Recovery, expense, length of hospital stay and overall quality of life can be greatly improved simply by the earliest possible recognition and intervention.

That recognition and intervention can be enhanced by emergency training of lay persons prior to the arrival of EMS.
In time of individual emergency or in time of community-wide catastrophe — PREPAREDNESS can be everything in management and recovery. As always, the private citizen is an immense untapped resource.

Immense.

The Foundation encourages the goodness of volunteerism and volunteerism's statement of the will of the People and its power to realize objectives. What has this to do with Liberty? Everything, when vision becomes reality in personal resourcefulness and Independence and desire of the community.

In preparedness of the community, any adult can undertake a college-level course for Emergency Medical Technician. EMT-1 is especially geared for rescue personnel, and it is a professional credential recognized by Business and Professions Codes. But they are few and filled immediately.

For community preparedness, the Foundation encourages lay training in EMT -1 not for entry level of career opportunities in EMS, but for the contribution to personal and community preparedness.
. Emergency know-how immediately available in time of overwhelming disaster when assets are not going to be immediately available.

. Good judgment, confidence and experience in how to approach and manage a medical or surgical emergency alone until assets arrive.

. Recognition of the certified volunteer by official agencies in time of disaster means a higher degree of cooperation and individual involvement in the process. More available assets.

. More personnel in the community to expedite disaster recovery - people helping people.

. Qualified community input in later critique and future  planning of incidents contributes to greater rapport between government and the governed.

Protecting The Cross In The United States.
Every individual in America - every citizen, every adult or child - has an interest in protecting the Icons of this country's origins.

The anger that drives erasure of our history attacks it on every corner, and the origins of the faiths which brought the values which have become the foundations of our way of life here are being litigated out of existence - and out of memory.

Objections claiming that Christianity is exclusionary are false. Christianity in the United States is welcoming and embracing. Arguments that the Cross is offensive reflects the very kind of anger the Cross works to lift as a burden.

The memory and appreciation a nation must have for its origins give individuals a sense of identity and welcome to all. Our Cross on public documents, words of faith and truth in public buildings, county seal, even oath of testimonty and oath of office reflect our origins accurately, our expectations and hopes frankly and proudly. Because they give us cherished reminders of our roots and are a symbol of cohesion, they are an enemy of the angry. Removal of the Cross will not soothe that anger - it will serve another purpose adverse to the nation.

Icons such as the Cross do not only reflect what we wish to teach, but reflect also how we live by what we have learned.

Easy-out Divorce is child abuse - it is Neglect. No-fault Divorce has made three generations of broken homes and broken-hearted children. For children, it has disrupted that certain constancy of Home and Family - often in an abuse of the law  - and replaced it with an anxiety of constant uncertainty.
The Second Amendment was written to be absolute because it was to be the enduring lethal force which backs citizen authority in this country. Any regulation whatsoever attacks the force which backs that authority and is an abuse of process.
We are not at the beginning - we're in the middle. It started by banning prayer in schools, then the Cross and words of truth on public edifices. Next, will be banning the oath of office with no longer any expectation of faithfulness in giving testimony under oath. Truly, the Cross is an integral part of American History in Liberty. Truly, LIBERTY is being undermined by an abuse of due process.

Describing American Talkradio as HATE is untruthful and horribly misleading. It is unpatriotic to be so undiscerning between self-rule and true hate. When describing Talkradio as Hate, it is a disingenuous allegation at work for unwanted change.
Another one of the most stunning of discoveries – due largely to talk radio and the listener/caller comparing of notes – has been the fact that so-called right-wing values are actually mainstream values, composing the bulk of our beliefs, a truth which vexes those hostile to America, hence the efforts to silence Talkradio. Freedom Of Speech is an American right and a SAFEGUARD of the United States. This brings this subject into the realm of our non-partisan mission.
An arrogant Mike Nifong abused process as Prosecutor in the Duke LaCrosse rape case with utter disregard for the facts and the rights of the accused. For his abuse of process, Nifong was disbarred and sent to jail for a day, as his name joins the American lexicon.
Gun Control Policy
When GUN BANS make citizens fear the ire of their public servants in an abuse of the law more than they fear the anger of violent criminals who break the law, you begin to see how gun laws now affect the non-gun owners in America.
