| Not all individuals in office want to govern in creative latitude with their own ideas - many of the unwelcome changes in our nation's direction come from activists with a self-dealing agenda of personal anger. This explains in part why so many programs fail. In the middle is the constituent with a busy schedule and little time for anything besides family and life. Happy. In short - not angry. Much of that available time for civic involvement and voter education can be optimized by more relevant issue information, realization of sovereign authority and other citizen powers which have been largely discouraged by activism into near futility. One of the tools for governing outside the scope of one's authority is abuse of due process. This touches every institution in America and infuriates honest constituents. Defiance of the people and placing added burdens on courts is a luxury officials and activists love. The foe of such abuses is Personal Independence. In their Original Intent, the Founders wanted both liberty and freedom from abuses of due process. They foresaw it in the future, so they declared the citizenry as supreme authority. Today, abuses of due process interfere with our way of life immensely. Vitally important to genuine justice in America is our personal independence, or the liberty to go about one's innocent affairs unfettered by electronic stalking and frisking, unfettered by the need to explain to others, walking on eggshells in political correctness (itself a very self-indulgent, predatory practice), and submitting to unreasonable restrictions in everything from education content to family law. This country is the magnet to the world and leader in Science, Medicine, Commerce, Personal Achievement and other institutions entirely because of personal freedom. The cumulative damage to these and other institutions in the name of social justice and worse erodes the entire nation for such little return but middleman profiteering - and a personal payoff in dislike for our nation. This is the difference between the happy and the angry. This has to stop. Social justice, self-respect and even national security are best achieved in Liberty, and based not on political largess, suspicion of citizens, accusations of hate and coercing compassion, but on respect for the individual and obeisance of the People. We have only a handful of rights under our system, and the Official has tons of limits. The rest is up to us, and this is the secret to personal dignity. It is also the secret to national security. Abuse Of Due Process: Threat Assessment. Please visit our Mission Statement Page. The Values which the Founders wrote down are actually SAFEGUARDS of our way of life. Strict as they may seem, they protect the nation better than any other system conceived. This is the message of this Foundation - the connection of what the founders had anticipated in abuses of due process and liberty which can protect itself in any age, any era. With so much adversity, so much one-sided politicking, so much pressure against Independence - you never know who today may be hearing this liberty message connection for the very first time. Too many Americans are bluffed out of their own inherited share of this nation, and are bluffed and intimidated into surrendering personal resolve and deep patriotic pride. The Foundation's job is to reveal such abuses of due process as Policy adverse to the public interest, the policy answeri being Original Intent, Citizen Authority and Liberty. Please click through to our AGENDA 2007 - 2010, and if you agree with any one or more of these goals, then please donate generously. I am so very pleased to serve the nation which has made my life possible. I am honored to serve my family who has saved my very life. Let us ask the Judge of all things for His protection not merely for us as individuals, but first for our nation as a whole. Liberty. John Longenecker Founder. |

| The Original Intent of the Founders lives on today for one important reason: they lived abuse of due process and revolted against it: they wrote the Bill Of Rights purely in anticipation of future abuse of due process. Today, abuse of the law powerfully takes the form of because-we-say-so politics, the double-standard, deafness of officials, mis-interpretation of oath of office, selective enforcement of all sorts of laws, exclusion from rule of law, obfuscating rights, and unwelcome legislation and social engineering backed by force. Abuse of the law in any age, any era: This is the connection of Original Intent of the Founding Fathers to modern Citizen Independence and Supreme Citizen Authority secured by law. |
